摘　　要：通过实施8D方法,设计铝带挤出过程中拉断问题得到有效解决,门洞密封条使用设计铝带后,尺寸位于上下公差内的零件均能满足装配要求,解决了客户的抱怨。门洞密封条铝带装配质量问题的成功解决,证明了8D方法的实用性,为今后其他问题的解决提供了借鉴和参考。By implementing the 8D method,the problem of pulling during the extrusion process of designed aluminum strips has been effectively solved.After using the designed aluminum strip for door seal inner,the parts with dimensions within the upper and lower tolerances can meet the assembly requirements,solving customer complaints.The successful resolution of the assembly quality issue with the aluminum strip of the door seal inner has demonstrated the practicality of the 8D method,providing reference and guidance for solving other problems in the future.
