摘 要:焊接是汽车制造中的关键技术之一,涉及车身金属结构、零部件等的焊接,是影响汽车制造质量、车身安全的重要因素,其重要性不言而喻。汽车制造企业要积极创新焊机技术,引进焊接自动化技术,运用主体与控制器,智能化操作焊接装置;运用自动化焊接机器人,提高焊接精度;应用PLC控制技术,提高焊接自动化效果;优化机械操控技术,根据车身结构、材质特点开展焊接作业,满足汽车焊接需求;融合运用传感技术,保证汽车焊接质量和安全性,进一步提高汽车制造质量和效率,促进我国汽车制造产业可持续发展。Welding is one of the key technologies in automobile manufacturing,involving the welding of body metal structures and parts,which is an important factor affecting the quality and safety of automobile manufacturing,and its importance is self-evident.Automobile manufacturing enterprises should actively innovate welding machine technology,introduce welding automation technology,use the main body and controller,and intelligently operate welding devices;To use automated welding robots is to improve welding accuracy;To apply PLC control technology is to improve the effect of welding automation;To optimize the mechanical control technology is to carry out welding operations according to the body structure and material characteristics,and meet the welding needs of automobiles;To integrate the use of sensing technology is to ensure the quality and safety of automobile welding,further improve the quality and efficiency of automobile manufacturing,and promote the sustainable development of China's automobile manufacturing industry.
