摘  要:滑移门内把手是滑移门系统中一个重要的零部件,主要实现手动、电动开闭滑移门的功能,作为车门上的安全部件其需要兼顾把手自己的机械强度以及发生碰撞时的耐惯性要求。但传统滑移门把手设计过于单调,缺乏亮点,在目前国产汽车逐步走向高端国际化的背景下,对汽车内饰的多样化智能化提出了更多的需求,所以需结合使用场景进行开发创新。本文主要阐述了一种全新滑移门水晶发光把手在设计开发过程中,如何考虑水晶发光把手的空间结构设计,把手机械强度,耐惯性、双色注塑成型工艺以及子零件装配定位、异响防范等设计要点,给其他汽车工程师在开发类式创新型产品时提供了一种思路和参考,最后给出其重要作用和意义。The inner handle of the sliding door is an important component of the sliding door system,which mainly realizes the function of manual and electric opening and closing of the sliding door,and as a safety component on the door,it needs to take into account the mechanical strength of the handle and the inertia resistance requirements in the event of a collision.However,the traditional sliding door handle design is too monotonous,lack of bright spots.As the current domestic car gradually moves towards high-end internationalization,the diversification and intelligence of automotive interiors put forward more demand,so it is necessary to combine the use of scenarios for development and innovation.This paper mainly expounds how to consider the spatial structure design of the crystal light-emitting handle,the mechanical strength of the handle,the inertia resistance,the two-color injection molding process,the assembly positioning of sub-parts,the prevention of abnormal noise and other design points in the design and development process of a new sliding door crystal light-emitting handle,which provides an idea and reference for other automotive engineers in the development of similar innovative products,and finally gives its important role and significance.
