真空助力器后壳体密封圈硬度对使用寿命影响的研究

摘　　要：真空助力器作为汽车制动系统的重要组成部分,产品中使用的各类密封圈直接决定产品密封性好坏,其中尤其是相对运动部位的密封圈,其硬度对产品使用寿命具有重要影响。本文通过实验研究,以真空助力器后壳体密封圈硬度作为研究对象,探讨其对真空助力器使用寿命的影响。实验结果表明,密封圈硬度的变化会对真空助力器的密封效果、安全性和使用寿命产生显著影响。Vacuum booster is an important part of the automotive brake system,and the various types of sealing rings used in the product directly determine the sealing quality of the product,especially the relative moving parts of the sealing ring,whose hardness has an important impact on the service life of the product.In this paper,the hardness of the sealing ring of the rear shell of the vacuum booster is taken as the research object,and its influence on the service life of the vacuum booster is discussed.The test results show that the change of sealing ring hardness will have a significant impact on the sealing effect,safety and service life of the vacuum booster.
