摘　　要：本研究以新能源公司为例,探讨了数据驾驶舱的构建和在企业管理中的应用。数据驾驶舱作为集成工具,提供实时数据分析和可视化,对企业决策至关重要。文章详述了EVE亿纬数据驾驶舱的建设,包括业务数据监控和分析。描述了数据驾驶舱的规划流程和UI设计要素,以及信息技术和数据开发的核心步骤。实践证明,EVE亿纬数据驾驶舱在多个业务领域取得成效,为未来高级管理层数据驾驶舱构建打下基础,为新能源行业提供了参考。This study takes a new energy company as a case to explore the construction of a data cockpit and its application in enterprise management.As an advanced integrated tool,the data cockpit provides real-time data analysis and visualization,which is essential for corporate decision-making.The article details the construction of the EVE Yiwei Data Cockpit,including the monitoring and analysis of business data.It describes the planning process of the data cockpit and the key elements of UI design,as well as the core steps of information technology and data development.Practice has shown that the EVE Yiwei Data Cockpit has achieved significant results in multiple business areas,laying the foundation for the construction of data cockpits for senior management in the future,and providing a valuable reference for the new energy industry.
