摘 要:随着汽车广泛普及和技术的持续革新,对汽车诊断技术的需求日益增长,尤其是针对汽车底盘这一关键构造。车辆行驶过程中,承受着来自重力、摩擦及外界环境的多重考验,底盘异响成为常见问题,准确辨识异响根源、实施精确诊断并采取有效维修措施,是保障车辆正常运行的关键。基于现有文献资料,本文着重探讨了汽车底盘异响故障的多样性成因,并在此基础上分析了异响故障的诊断逻辑与处理策略,为解决这一普遍性问题提供参考。通过深入剖析故障本质,结合实际行驶中底盘面临的复杂挑战,不仅强调了识别异响特征的重要性,还阐述了科学诊断流程与定制化维修方案的制定方法,以期达到减少安全隐患、确保驾驶平稳的目标。With the widespread popularity of automobiles and the continuous innovation of technology,there is an increasing demand for automotive diagnostic technology,especially for the key structure of automobile chassis.In the process of driving,the vehicle bears multiple tests from gravity,friction and external environment,and the abnormal sound of the chassis has become a common problem,and the key to ensuring the normal operation of the vehicle is to accurately identify the root cause of the abnormal noise,implement accurate diagnosis and take effective maintenance measures.Based on the existing literature,this paper focuses on the diverse causes of squeak and squeak faults in automobile chassis,and analyzes the diagnostic logic and treatment strategies of squeak and squeak faults on this basis,so as to provide a reference for solving this common problem.Through an in-depth analysis of the nature of the fault and the complex challenges faced by the chassis in actual driving,this paper not only emphasizes the importance of identifying the characteristics of abnormal noise,but also expounds the scientific diagnosis process and the formulation of customized maintenance plans,in order to achieve the goal of reducing potential safety hazards and ensuring smooth driving.
