摘　　要：近年来,新能源汽车(NEV)的快速普及对能够推动汽车行业创新和可持续发展的高技能劳动力提出了迫切需求。支撑这一转变的是教育和培训计划的关键作用。文章探讨了工业学院模式作为培养新能源汽车技术专业人员的创新和综合方法的有效性。我们利用案例研究和教育框架,分析了该模型的关键组成部分、其优势及其对新能源汽车劳动力的潜在影响。工业学院模式已成为培养专业人才的一个有前途的途径,可以满足充满活力的新能源汽车行业不断变化的需求,促进行业合作,并加速全球向可持续交通的转型。In recent years,the rapid popularization of new energy vehicles(NEVs)has created an urgent demand for highly skilled labor that can drive innovation and sustainable development in the automotive industry.Underpinning this transformation is the critical role of education and training programs.This paper explores the effectiveness of the industrial college model as an innovative and comprehensive approach to cultivating professionals in the new energy vehicle technology field.Utilizing case studies and educational frameworks,we analyze the key components of this model,its advantages,and its potential impact on the new energy vehicle workforce.The industrial college model has emerged as a promising pathway for cultivating professional talents,capable of meeting the ever-changing needs of the vibrant new energy vehicle industry,fostering industry collaboration,and accelerating the global transition to sustainable transportation.
