摘　　要：目的探讨单孔腹腔镜在腹膜后肿物切除中的应用。方法回顾性分析2022年10月在广西医科大学第一附属医院就诊的1例罗道病(Rosai-Dorfman disease,RDD),接受经脐单孔腹腔镜腹膜后肿物切除术患者的临床资料。结果患者接受经脐单孔腹腔镜手术,术中秉承无瘤原则,整块切除盆腔腹膜后肿物,术中出血少,无损伤,治疗后随访1年无异常。结论采用经脐单孔腹腔镜整块切除方法切除腹膜后肿物安全可行,可达到完整切除,有效避免肿瘤破损导致的肿瘤外溢,切除病灶达到治疗目的。Objective To explore the application of laparoscopic single-site surgery in the resection of retroperitoneal masses using a case of Rosai-Dorfman disease(RDD)as an example.MethodSs A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data from a patient diagnosed with RDD who underwent laparoscopic single-site surgery resection of a retroperitoneal mass at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in Oct.2022.Results The patient underwent laparoscopic single-site surgery via the umbilicus.Following the principle of tumor-free resection,the entire pelvic retroperitoneal mass was excised without complications or significant bleeding.One year of follow-up showed no abnormal findings.Conclusion The use of laparoscopic single-site surgery for en bloc resection of retroperitoneal masses is safe and feasible.It ensures complete removal of the mass,effectively avoiding tumor spillage caused by tumor rupture,and achieves therapeutic goals by removing the lesion.
