摘 要:以某钢企新建2座高炉热风炉为研究对象,计算了富氧浓度对高炉煤气燃烧过程中实际空气量、产生烟气量及理论燃烧温度等参数的影响,并与掺烧转炉煤气效果进行比较。结合新建热风炉生产数据,对富氧燃烧效果进行了验证,富氧5.2%可以提高送风温度约59℃;富氧燃烧经济性优于掺烧转炉煤气,富氧燃烧成本较掺烧转炉煤气减少14%左右。The article takes two newly built hot blast furnaces in a certain steel enterprise as the research object,calculates the influence of oxygen-enriched concentration on parameters such as factual air quantity,flue gas volume,and theoretical combustion temperature during the combustion process of blast furnace gas,and compares it with the effect of blending converter gas.Based on the production data of the newly built hot blast stove,the effectiveness of oxygen-enriched combustion was verified.The results showed that 5.2%oxygen-enriched can increase the hot air temperature by about 59℃.The economy of oxygen-enriched combustion is better than that of equivalent converter gas,and the cost of oxygen-enriched combustion reduced about 14%compared with converter gas.
