摘 要:皮革废水含氮量高,需要补充碳源进行反硝化以确保脱氮效果。本研究分别采用了复合碳源、乙酸钠、葡萄糖进行了中试实验。结果表明:反硝化效率乙酸钠最高,反应前2h内会出现短暂的亚硝酸积累现象;复合碳源次之,但无亚硝酸盐积累;葡萄糖最低,亚硝酸盐积累现象严重,影响出水COD。复合碳源COD当量高,营养组分种类多,含有生物促生剂及微量元素等,为皮革废水脱氮的最佳碳源,最适投加C/N值为5.0—6.0,并在某皮革污水处理厂进行了现场应用,提升出水水质的同时降低了碳源的用量,技术、经济效益明显。The leather wastewater contains a high level of nitrogen,which requires the addition of carbon sources for denitrification to ensure effective nitrogen removal.Pilot experiments were conducted using composite carbon sources,sodium acetate,and glucose.The results indicated that sodium acetate exhibited the highest denitrification effciency,but a temporary nitrite accumulation was observed within the first 2 hours of the reaction.The composite carbon source ranked second in terms of efficiency,with no nitrite accumulation observed.In contrast,glucose had the lowest efficiency,with significant nitrite accumulation,which negatively impacted the COD level in the effluent.The composite carbon source,which boasts a high COD equivalent and contains multiple nutritional components,biological promoters,and trace elements,is the most suitable carbon source for nitrogen removal in leather wastewater.The optimal C/N ratio for addition was found to be between 5.0 and 6.0.This was successfully applied in a leather wastewater treatment plant,improving the effluent quality while reducing the amount of carbon source required,resulting in significant technical and economic benefits.
