摘  要:本文以某污水处理厂为研究对象,探讨了发光细菌毒性监测在污水预警中的应用。本研究通过选用发光菌毒性在线分析仪,分析了污水处理厂水质毒性特征,并基于污水管网长期监测数据和硝化菌污泥曝气对比实验确立了生物毒性预警阈值为45%。研究结果表明,发光细菌毒性监测技术对于维护污水处理厂生化系统的稳定运行具有重要意义。This article focuses on a specific sewage treatment plant as the subject of research and explores the application of luminescent bacterial toxicity monitoring in sewage early warning.By selecting a luminescent bacteria toxicity online analyzer,the toxicity characteristics of water quality in sewage treatment plants were analyzed,and based on long-term monitoring data of sewage pipelines and comparative experiments of nitrifying bacteria sludge aeration,a biological toxicity warning threshold of 45% was established.The research results indicate that the toxicity monitoring technology of luminescent bacteria is of great significance for maintaining the stable operation of the biochemical system in sewage treatment plants.
