摘 要:本研究采用新型复合催化剂-芬顿(Fenton)催化氧化工艺对某焦化厂的二级生化出水进行了深度处理,研究了催化剂的组成及制备方法。研究结果表明,在原水p H值为6—8、H_(2)O_(2)/COD(质量比)为1.2∶1、H_(2)O_(2)/Fe^(2+)(摩尔比)为1∶1、催化剂/COD(质量比)为125∶1—150∶1的条件下,COD去除率达81.57%。催化剂可循环使用,工艺操作简单,生产成本低,处理效果好,可规模化应用,不产生二次污染,COD去除率稳定在78.73%—82.30%,出水COD浓度小于80mg/L,满足《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171—2012)。The secondary biochemical effluent of a coking plant was treated by catalyst-Fenton catalytic oxidation process.The composition and preparation method of the catalyst were studied experimentally,and the effects of the dosage of catalyst,ferrous iron and pH value on the removal efficiency of COD were studied,and the optimal process flow and conditions were obtained.The experimental results show that under the conditions of raw water pH value of 68,H_(2)O_(2)/COD(mass ratio):1.2:1,H_(2)O_(2)/Fe^(2+)(molar ratio):1:1,catalyst/COD(mass ratio):125:1—150:1,the COD removal rate can reach 81.57%.The catalyst can be recycled,the process operation is simple,the production cost is low,the treatment effect is good,the scale application,no secondary pollution,with the COD removal rate remaining stable between 78.73%—82.30%,the effluent COD is less than 80mg/L,meeting the coking chemical industry pollutant discharge standard(GB 16171—2012).
