摘　　要：本文介绍的新型GPX-DPI脱硫装置,为一种围绕GPX高性能复合钙基吸收剂定制开发的DPI集成干式净化装置。在水泥窑烟气脱硫中应用该装置,可保证烟气出口的SO_(2)排放指标稳定且低于环保验收限值,脱除速度快、效率高,出口污染物浓度满足超低排放要求,副产物可回收利用。相较其他工艺装置,相同耗量下成本更低,具有较好的经济价值。This paper introduces a new GPX-DPI desulphurization device,which is a DPI integrated dry purification device customized and developed around GPX high performance complex calciumbased absorbent.The application of this process device in the flue gas desulfurization of cement kiln can ensure that the SO_(2) emission index of flue gas outlet is stable and lower than the environmental acceptance limit,the removal speed is fast,the efficiency is high,the concentration of pollutants in the export meets the requirement of ultra-low emission,and the by-products can be recycled.Compared with other process equipment,the cost is lower under the same consumption,and it has better economicvalue.
