摘  要:大冶特钢1号高炉因炉顶传动齿轮箱故障非计划休风64h20min。为快速恢复炉况,针对休风时间长、无休风料、炉内负荷较重、炉缸热量损失大的状况,休风期对高炉进行有效保温,并以炉内快速加热炉缸,炉外顺利排净渣铁为思路制订复风方案,复风时提前燃烧热风炉,复风后尽快提高风温、尽早喷煤,适量加入净焦,准确把控加风、富氧及开风口节奏,并根据下料情况及时排净冷渣铁。通过以上措施,实现复风后8h全风作业,12h恢复至休风前正常生产水平。No.1 BF of Daye Special Steel is blow-down for 64h 20min due to failure of the top transmission gearbox.To reinstate the furnace condition rapidly,the furnace temperature is preserved in blow-down period,and are blow-in scheme is formulated based on the concept of rapidly heating the hearth and fully discharging hot metal heel and slag considering the furnace situation of long-term blow-down,no blow-downstock,heavy furnace load,and great heat loss of the hearth.Before reblow-in,the hot stove is switched to combustion mode in advance;and after reblow-in,the blast temperature is increased rapidly,accompanied by timely injection of pulverized coal,charging of coke,accurate control of thepaces of blasting,oxygen enrichment and tuyere opening,and timely discharge of the cold slag and hot metal heel according to the tapping situation.As a result,the furnace steps to full blast operation and resume its normal production only 8hours and 12hours respectively after reblow-in.
