摘 要:从一线高炉操作者的角度重点对炉缸设计、炉型设计及铜冷却壁应用等方面进行了探讨。高炉设计是否合理,主要看是否能够使高炉操作有较大的调剂空间,为高产低耗创造条件。认为,炉缸更适合采用大块炭砖+陶瓷杯垫复合结构,死铁层深度应实现死焦堆的浮起,将炉腹角控制在73°~78°、炉身角控制在82°~84°较为合理,炉身设计一段铜冷却壁即可,且铜冷却壁不宜过长。建议在高炉设计过程中,应做到外部条件与设计参数相匹配,即将装备水平、原燃料条件、建设成本等外部因素与炉型设计相匹配,做到综合考量。The design of BF hearth and inner profile,and the application of copper cooling stave are discussed from the point of view of a front-line operator.The criteria of proper furnace design mainly depend on the possibility of making the operation adjustment to increase the production and reducing consumption.It is believed that the design of composite structure of large carbon brick+ceramic is more suitable for the hearth;the depth of the salamander should be enough to let the dead-man float;the belly angle and the furnace body angle should be controlled at 73°-78°and at 82°-84°respectively;one section copper cooling stave is enough for the furnace body,and the cooling stave should not be too long.It is suggested that the design parameter should adapt to the external condition,i.e.the design of furnace inner profile should adapt to the external conditions,such as the equipment level,conditions of raw materials and fuel,construction cost etc.
