摘 要:为探究不同V含量对钒钛生铁高温氧化性能的影响规律,采用静态增重法绘制试样质量随时间变化的曲线,通过扫描电镜、能谱和XRD等分析手段研究了800℃下不同V含量钒钛生铁的高温氧化性能。结果表明:①钒钛生铁的氧化增重与时间呈线性关系;V的加人会提高试验铁的氧化速率;②随着V含量的增加,氧化后的试样铁表面孔洞数量增多且孔径变大后趋于闭合;③铁试样中V含量较高时会造成较强的内氧化并促进Ti的氧化,当V质量分数高于0.3%,氧化层中主要氧化物为Fe_(2)O_(3)、V_(2)O_(3)和少量的TiO_(2),铁水凝固物的氧化程度明显上升。To study the effect law of different V contents on the oxidation performance of V&Ti-bearing pig iron under high temperature,the static additive weighing method is adopted to generate a curve of the specimen mass over time,and the oxidation performance of pig iron containing different V contents under 800 is studied by means of scanning electron microscopy,energy spectroscopy and XRD.The results indicate:(1)the increase of oxidative weight of the V&Ti-bearing pig iron linearly relates with the time;addition of V content will increase the oxidation rate of the iron specimen;(2)with the increase of V content,the number of pores on the oxidized iron specimen surface increases,and after becoming larger,the pore tends to close;(3)high V content in the iron specimen will cause strong internal oxidation and promote the oxidation of Ti,when the mass fraction of V is higher than 0.3%,the main oxides in the oxidization layer are Fe_(2)O_(3),V_(2)O_(3)and a small amount of TiO_(2).The oxidation of hot metal solid enhances significantly also.
