摘 要:对张宣科技氢基竖炉示范工程工艺设计特点进行了总结。氢基竖炉全部以焦炉煤气为气源,焦炉煤气在竖炉内实现原位重整,CH_(4)催化裂解为CO和H_(2),H_(2)/CO比可达8以上,是目前工业化生产H,比例最高的直接还原工艺。竖炉工艺气循环采用MDEA脱除CO_(2)技术,实现炉顶煤气循环使用,可在提高还原效率、增加产量的同时,进一步减少碳排放。氢基竖炉通过采用喷钝化剂减少还原过程球团矿黏结,喷硫化物保护加热炉高温合金管,喷氧部分燃烧工艺气等“三喷”技术,不仅解决了操作安全问题,还有效提高了操作温度和反应效率,降低了系统能耗。The process design features of the hydrogen-based shaft furnace of zXHT.are summarized.This shaft furnace takes COG fully as its reducing gas source,and COG undergoes in-situ reforming inside the shaft furnace,where CH_(4)is decomposed catalytically to CO and H,with the H_(2)/CO ratio up to over 8.This direct reduction process is the one which can obtain the highest percentage of H,in the industrial production.MDEA-based CO_(2)removal technology is adopted in the circulation of the furnace process gas,which enables the top gas recycled,and can further reduce carbon emissions while improving the reduction efficiency and increasing the output.The"Three Injections"technology(passivator spary on pellets to reduce the pellet bonding during the reduction process,sulfide injection to protect the high temperature alloy pipe of the heater,and oxygen injection to burn the process gas partially)not only solves the operation safety problem,but also effectively increases the operating temperature,improves the reaction efficiency,and reduces the energy consumption of the system.
