摘  要:大直径深孔采矿是基于凿岩设备、爆破技术、机械化铲装等多方面技术发展而形成的高效采矿方法。在分析安庆铜矿开采技术现状基础上,阐述了矿山采用高阶段大直径深孔采矿技术的工艺布置。在原浅部采场VCR采矿法的基础上,按照大直径深孔采矿工艺要求对孔网布置、爆破方式、采场边界控制爆破等进行优化,提出了VCR法拉槽侧向分段崩落的回采方式。通过在矿山深部采场应用,取得了采场单日最大出矿量超过900 t、大块率控制在5%以内、充填体混入率小于8%的效益。安庆铜矿的大直径深孔采矿实践证明,该项技术是增加采矿量,扩大回采规模,提高劳动生产率和经济效益的有效途径,为国内外类似矿山应用该方法提供了借鉴。Large diameter deep hole mining is an efficient mining method based on the development of drilling equipment,blasting technology,mechanized shovel loading and other technologies.Based on the analysis of the current situation of mining technology in Anqing Copper Mine,the process layout of highstage large-diameter deep hole mining technology is expounded.On the basis of the original shallow stope VCR mining method,according to the requirements of large diameter deep hole mining technology,the hole network layout,blasting method and stope boundary controlled blasting are optimized,and the mining meth⁃od of VCR slot side sublevel caving is put forward.Through the application in the deep stope of the mine,the maximum daily ore output of the stope is more than 900 t,the bulk rate is controlled within 5%,and the filling body mixing rate is less than 8%.The practice of large diameter deep hole mining in Anqing Copper Mine has proved that this technology is an effective way to increase mining volume,expand mining scale,improve labor productivity and economic benefits,which provides a reference for the application of this meth⁃od in similar mines at home and abroad.
