摘 要:为了提高产品质量及经济效益,针对司家营铁矿磁重联选工艺流程循环量低,重选入选品位偏低,当前采用的磁选设备不能有效抛除连生体矿物,影响重选精矿品位等问题,采用在磁选机后增加1组螺旋溜槽的方法进行了实验室试验及工业试验。结果表明:流程改造后磁重联选流程可将重选精矿品位提高4.82个百分点,综合精矿品位稳定在65.5%,使选矿厂生产更加稳定,年可创经济效益1382.06万元。流程优化方案对其他类似矿山具有借鉴意义。In order to improve the product quality and economic benefits,in view of the low circula⁃tion of the magnetic gravity separation process in Sijiaying Iron Mine and the low grade of gravity separation,the magnetic separation equipment currently used cannot effectively discard the intergrowth minerals,which affects the grade of gravity separation concentrate.Laboratory tests and industrial tests were carried out by adding a set of spiral chutes after the magnetic separator.The results show that after the process transforma⁃tion,the magnetic gravity separation process can increase the concentrate grade of gravity separation by 4.82 percentage points,and the comprehensive concentrate grade stabilizes at 65.5%,which makes the pro⁃duction of the concentrator more stable and creates an annual economic benefit of 13.8206 million yuan.The process optimization scheme has reference significance for other similar mines.
