摘  要:袁家村高磁闪石型氧化矿原矿TFe品位为32.15%,脉石矿物主要为石英和铁闪石,铁的赋存形式以赤(褐)铁矿、磁铁矿为主,其中赤(褐)铁矿分布率高达65.88%,为典型的闪石型氧化矿。为给该铁矿高效开发利用提供依据,开展了详细的选矿试验研究。结果表明,原矿(-3 mm)采用预选—磨矿—三盘磁选—焙烧—磁选—再磨—磁选—反浮选工艺,可以获得TFe品位66.96%、回收率67.26%的铁精矿。The TFe grade of Yuanjiacun high magnesite amphibole type oxide ore is 32.15%.The gangue minerals are mainly quartz and iron amphibole.The occurrence form of iron is mainly hematite(limo⁃nite)and magnetite.The distribution rate of hematite(limonite)is as high as 65.88%,which is a typical am⁃phibole type oxide ore.In order to provide a basis for the efficient development and utilization of the iron ore,a detailed beneficiation test is carried out.The results show that the iron concentrate with TFe grade of 66.96%and recovery of 67.26%can be obtained by pre-concentration-grinding-three-disk magnetic sepa⁃ration-roasting-magnetic separation-regrinding-magnetic separation-reverse flotation process on raw ore(-3 mm).
