摘　　要：为了优化厂区工作环境,实现全面清洁生产的目标,针对山西某洗煤厂破碎筛分工序的扬尘问题,通过分析现有设备运行现状,结合行业标准及设计规范要求,得到了符合现场实际生产情况的除尘系统升级改造方案,并对方案进行系统性验算,以确保方案的合理性,既提高了工人工作环境质量,又降低了矿粉以扬尘的形式流失,实现厂区的达标排放要求,具有良好的社会效益。In order to optimize the working environment of the factory,the goal of clean production is fully realized.Aiming at the problem of dust raising in the division order of crushing screen in a coal washing plant in Shanxi Province,based on the analysis of the current operating status of the existing equipment,combined with the requirements of industry standards and design specifications,the upgrading scheme of the dust removal system conforming to the actual production situation on site is obtained.And through the systematic checking of the scheme,To ensure the rationality of the program,which not only improves the quality of the working environment of workers,but also reduces the loss of mineral powder in the form of dust,so as to achieve the discharge requirements of the plant.It has great social bendfits.
