摘 要:对六安某选矿厂生产的普通铁精矿进行了赋值开发利用,在原料的多元素分析和物相分析的基础上开展了选矿试验研究和选矿厂设计。根据选矿试验结果,采用磨矿—两段弱磁选—淘洗—1粗2扫反浮选流程,在磨矿细度-0.038 mm占90%的情况下,可获得TFe品位为72.14%、SiO_(2)含量为0.098%、Al_(2)O_(3)含量为0.081%的优质超级铁精矿。研究结果为类似的超级铁精矿生产建设提供有益参考。In order to develop and utilize the ordinary iron concentrate produced by a concentrator in Lu'an,the beneficiation test research and concentrator design are carried out based on the analysis of multi-element analysis and phase analysis of raw materials.According to the results of mineral processing test,the process of grinding-two-stage low intensity magnetic separation-elutriation-one roughing and two scavenging reverse flotation is adopted.Under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.038 mm accounting for 90%,the high-quality super iron concentrate with TFe grade of 72.14%,SiO_(2) content of 0.098%and Al_(2)O_(3) content of 0.081%can be obtained,which provides a useful reference for the subsequent production and construction of similar super iron concentrate.
