摘 要:为了启示资源品质较优的矿山,特别是有用矿物嵌布粒度粗大-特别粗大、有用矿物大量呈集合体形式出现的矿山,更积极主动地开展粗粒预选直接提取块状高附加值合格精矿的研究,尽可能探索出更高效、更低成本、更环保的选矿工艺,在简要介绍了跳汰预选、重介质旋流器预选、磁力预选、色选及XRT智能分选技术的基础上,列举了一些应用这些技术获取粗粒块状合格精矿的典型案例,供矿山开发研究者参考。In order to enlighten the mines with better resource quality,especially the mines with coarse dissemination size of useful minerals-especially coarse,and a large number of useful minerals ap⁃pear in the form of aggregates,the research on direct extraction of block high value-added qualified concen⁃trate by coarse pre-selection is carried out more actively,and a more efficient,lower cost and more environ⁃mentally friendly beneficiation process is explored as much as possible.Based on the brief introduction of jig⁃ging pre-separation,heavy medium cyclone pre-separation,magnetic pre-separation,color separation and XRT intelligent separation technology,some typical cases of applying these technologies to obtain coarsegrained massive qualified concentrate are listed,which can be used as reference for mine development re⁃searchers.
