中国省域经济—城镇化—人口健康系统 耦合协调发展研究

摘　　要：基于2010—2021年中国31个省域(未含港澳台)的面板数据和经济—城镇化—人口健康系统指标体系的构建,使用熵值赋权综合评价法、耦合度模型和耦合协调度模型分析省域经济—城镇化—人口健康系统的耦合状况和耦合协调发展的时空演化规律。结果显示:(1)2010—2021年中国省域经济、城镇化和人口健康3个子系统的发展滞后问题得到有效地改善,大体呈现出“同步滞后—部分优先—同步发展”的发展态势。(2)三元系统耦合协调发展具有阶段性特征,2010年为中度失调,2011—2015年为轻度失调,2016—2019年为濒临失调,2020—2021年为勉强协调。(3)三元系统耦合协调发展存在区域差异性,各区域有必要深入贯彻新发展理念、强化区际经济合作及推动医疗资源共享加速形成经济、城镇化和人口健康协调发展的长效机制。Based on the panel data of 31 provinces(Excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)in China from 2010 to 2021 and the construction of the economy-urbanization-population health system indicator system,by using the entropy weighting comprehensive evaluation method,coupling degree model,and coupling coordination degree model,the coupling status and spatio-temporal evolution law of the provincial economy-urbanization-population health system are analyzed.The results show that:(1)The development lag problems of the three subsystems of economic,urbanization,and population health in China s provinces from 2010 to 2021 have been effectively improved,generally showing a changing trend of“synchronous lag-partial priority-synchronous development”.(2)The coupling coordination development of ternary system has phased characteristics,with moderate disorder in 2010,mild disorder in 2011-2015,borderline disorder in 2016-2019,and barely coordinated in 2020-2021.(3)There are regional differences in the coupling and coordinated development of the ternary system.It is necessary for all regions to thoroughly implement the new development concept,strengthen inter-regional economic cooperation and promote the sharing of medical resources to accelerate the formation of a long-term mechanism for the coordinated development of economy,urbanization and population health.
