摘  要:钽钨合金具有优异的高温力学性能、优良的耐腐蚀性能及稳定的物理化学性质,被广泛应用于电子元器件、武器制造及航天航空领域高温结构材料。通过料浆烧结法在Ta12W合金上制备Si-Cr-Mo-Zr-Hf涂层,并对该涂层在1 900℃及1 800℃大气中的静态抗氧化行为进行测试和研究。利用SEM、EDS等检测手段,观察涂层的微观组织形貌、元素分布及相组成等。结果表明:涂层与基体形成了冶金结合,涂层均匀致密且高温稳定性强,形成了过渡层和互扩散区,在1 900℃高温下寿命可达1 h以上,1 800℃寿命可达1 0 h以上,该涂层具有良好的高温抗氧化能力。Tantalum-tungsten alloy has excellent high-temperature mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and stable physical and chemical properties,so it is widely used in electronic components,weapon manufacturing and aerospace high-temperature structural materials.The Si-Cr-MoZr-Hf coating is prepared on Ta12W alloy by slurry sintering method,and the static oxidation resistance of the coating at 1 900 ℃ and 1 800 ℃ is tested and studied.The microstructure,element distribution and phase composition of the coating are observed by means of SEM and EDS.The results show that the metallurgical bond is formed between the coating and the substrate,the coating is uniform and has good high temperature stability,and the transition layer and interdiffusion zone are formed.The service life is more than 1 h at 1 900 ℃ and more than 10 h at 1 800 ℃.The coating has good high temperature oxidation resistance.
