摘 要:随着航空航天技术的高速发展,对航天发动机用高温合金材料高温力学性能的强度要求也在不断提高,伴随高温力学性能强度更优的新型Nb-W-Ta合金的研制开发成功,研究该合金适用的高温抗氧化防护涂层,就显得尤为重要。应用浆料熔烧法制备硅化物涂层,提升新型Nb-W-Ta合金涂层后的高温抗氧化防护性能。试验结果:涂层厚度在100μm±20μm条件下,1850℃下的静态抗氧化寿命达到了5 h以上,1700℃下的静态抗氧化寿命达到了20 h以上,800~1700℃空冷热震循环性能达500次以上,涂层具有良好的耐高温、抗氧化性能。With the rapid development of aerospace technology,the strength requirements for high-temperature mechanical properties of alloy ma-terials for aerospace engines are also increasing.With the successful development of Nb-W-Ta alloy with better high-temperature mechanical proper-ties and strength,it is particularly important to carry out the appropriate high-temperature oxidation resistant coating for this alloy.The silicide coat-ing is prepared by slurry fusion sintering method to improve the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the Nb-W-Ta alloy.The test results show that under the conditions of the coating thickness is 100μm±20μm,the static oxidation resistance life at 1850℃reaches more than 5 h,the static oxidation resistance life at 1700℃reaches more than 20 h,and the air-cooling thermal shock cycling performance at 800℃-1700℃exceeds 500times.The coating has good high-temperature resistance and oxidation resistance.
