摘  要:采用聚氨酯弹性体改性环氧树脂(EPU)作为增韧剂,改性中温固化环氧树脂。通过DSC、黏温试验、力学试验、SEM、DMA等分析手段对ZW、ZWR树脂体系的固化行为及固化工艺、黏度-温度关系、浇铸体力学性能、微观形貌及耐热性进行了研究;制备ZW/SYT49S及ZWR-20/SYT49S单向预浸料,测试了预浸料的理化性能及其复合材料单向板的力学性能。研究结果表明,增韧后树脂体系的黏度仍然满足热熔预浸工艺要求;随着EPU含量的增加,树脂体系的韧性提高,T_(g)呈降低趋势,但仍满足使用要求;ZWR-20/SYT49S复合材料单向板与ZW/SYT49S相比,具有更优异的力学性能,层间剪切强度、90°拉伸强度及弯曲强度分别提升了25%、43%和34%。综合实验结果,当EPU含量为20%~25%时,树脂体系的综合性能较好。The polyurethane elastomer modified epoxy resin (EPU) is used as toughening agent to modify epoxy resin which is cured at medium temperature.The curing behavior,curing process,viscosity-temperature relationship,mechanical properties,microstructure and heat resistance of ZW and ZWR resin systems are studied by DSC,viscosity-temperature test,mechanical test,SEM and DMA.The ZW/SYT49S and ZWR-20/SYT49S unidirectional prepregs are prepared,and the physical and chemical properties of the prepregs and the mechanical properties of the composite unidirectional slab are tested.The results show that the viscosity of toughened resin system still meets the requirements of hot melt prepreg process.With the increase of EPU content,the toughness of the resin system is improving,and the T_(gis) decreasing,however it can still meet the application requirements.Compared with the ZW/SYT49S,the ZWR-20/SYT49S composite unidirectional slab has better mechanical properties,and the interlaminar shear strength,90°tensile strength and bending strength increases by 25%,43%and 34%respectively.The experimental results indicate that when the EPU content is 20%-25%,the comprehensive performance of the resin system is better.
