摘  要:采用反应型聚酯多元醇、反应型聚醚多元醇、甲基磷酸二甲酯、改性石墨阻燃剂,通过协同阻燃效应提升了硬质聚氨酯泡沫阻燃性能,氧指数可达33.5%。此外我们研究了不同阻燃剂对硬质聚氨酯泡沫的力学性能及施工性能的影响。在此基础上,我们进一步筛选出了性能最佳的配方,即混合聚醚占30%,DMMP占3%,改性石墨阻燃剂占10%,可以获得阻燃性能与力学性能均优异的硬质聚氨酯泡沫。The reactive polyester polyol,reactive polyether polyol,dimethyl methyl phosphate and modified graphite flame retardants are mainly used through the synergistic flame retardancy effect to improve the flame retardancy of rigid polyurethane foam,and the oxygen index is up to 33.5%.In addition,the effects of different flame retardants on the mechanical properties and construction properties of rigid polyurethane foam are studied.On this basis,the formula with the best performance is screened out and showed as follows:the mixed polyether accounts for 30%,the DMMP ac-counts for 3%,the modified graphite flame retardant accounts for 10%.A rigid polyurethane foam with excellent flame retardant and mechanical properties can be obtained with this formula.
