摘 要:为改善建筑保温材料的防火和保温性能,研究多孔纳米复合聚苯不燃防火保温材料的制备,并且分析了制备材料的性能。采用硅烷偶联剂改性多孔纳米材料,其含量分别设定为1%、2%、3%,并添加聚苯乙烯、乙醇,制备3组多孔纳米复合聚苯不燃防火保温材料试样。试验通过紫外光吸收试验、燃烧性能试验、保温性能试验等方法,测试不同试样的性能。试验结果表明:3组试样在燃烧测试时燃烧增长速率、烟气生成速率以及产烟量均符合要求,材料具备良好的阻燃效果;添加1%改性纳米试样的紫外光吸收能力较弱,影响抗老化性能,且该组试样保温效果较差;改性纳米添加量为2%、3%试样的抗老化能力、抗拉强度、抗冲击强度均保持较高水平;而添加2%改性纳米材料的复合聚苯不燃防火保温材料可保持最低的吸水率与较长放电时间,为此该材料可在不同环境中始终保持良好的保温性能。In order to improve the fireproofing and insulation properties of building insulation materials,the preparation of non-combustible fire-proof insulation porous nano-composite polystyrene materials is studied,and the properties of the prepared materials are analyzed.The porous nano-materials are modified with silane coupling agent,the contents of which are set at 1%,2% and 3% respectively,and the polystyrene and ethanol are added to prepare 3 groups of porous nanomaterials.The properties of different samples are tested by UV absorption test,combustion performance test,heat preservation performance test and other methods.The test results show that the combustion growth rate,smoke generation rate and smoke produc-tion of the 3 groups of samples can meet the requirements during the combustion test,and the material has good flame-retardant effect.The UV ab-sorption capacity of sample with 1% modified nano-material is weak,which affects the anti-aging property,and the insulation effect of this group of samples is poor.The aging resistance,tensile strength and impact strength of the samples with 2% and 3% modified nano-materials keep at a high level;The non-combustible fireproof insulation composite polystyrene material with 2% modified nano-composite can maintain the lowest water ab-sorption and longer discharge time,thus maintains good insulation performance in different environments.
