摘 要:聚倍半硅氧烷是一类具有笼状或部分笼状结构的纳米级有机-无机杂化材料。在氰酸酯树脂中引入POSS后,可有效地改善其介电性能、力学性能、耐热性能等,已经成为学者研究的热点问题之一。综述了近十年来POSS改性氰酸酯树脂的研究进展,分析讨论了POSS引入到不同氰酸酯树脂体系中对其性能的影响,最后展望了未来的发展趋势。Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS) is a well-known class of organic-inorganic material with a nanometer sized cage-molecule.The introduction of POSS into cyanate ester resin can effectively improve its dielectric properties,mechanical properties,heat resistance and other properties,which has become one of the hot issues for research scholars.The research progress in POSS modified cyanate ester resins in the last decade is summarized and the effects of POSS introducing into different cyanate ester resin systems on their performance are discussed.Finally,the further development tendency is described.
