摘 要:天线反射面在轨运行过程中,温度变化会引起结构内的热应力变化,进而产生热变形甚至结构破坏。以口径为1.2m的蜂窝夹层结构天线反射面为研究对象,分析了温度1 25~-1 45℃工况下,反射面边缘胶层厚度0 mm、3 mm、6 mm的影响。结果表明胶层的存在会引起反射器热应力和变形,降低其型面精度,胶层厚度为0 mm时,引起的热变形和热应力最小,型面精度最优。随着胶层厚度增加,蒙皮-铝蜂窝胶接界面法向应力和剪切应力逐渐增加,界面法向应力从0.11 MPa增加到7.1 2 MPa,界面剪切应力从0.1 2 MPa增加至31.94 MPa,结构的变形随着胶层厚度的增加先增加后稳定。During the operation of the antenna reflector in orbit,temperature changes can cause thermal stress changes within the structure,re-sulting in thermal deformation and even structural damage.A 1.2 m diameter honeycomb sandwich antenna reflector is taken as the research object,and the effects of temperature from 125 ℃ to-145 ℃ on the reflector edge adhesive layer thickness of 0 mm,3 mm and 6 mm are analyzed.The results show that the presence of the adhesive layer can cause thermal stress and deformation of the reflector and reduce its profile accuracy.When the thickness of the adhesive layer is 0 mm,the resulting thermal deformation and thermal stress are minimal,and the profile accuracy is optimal.As the thickness of the adhesive layer increases,the normal stress and shear stress at the bonding interface between the skin and aluminum honeycomb grad-ually increase.The normal stress at the interface increases from 0.11 MPa to 7.12 MPa,and the shear stress at the interface increases from 0.12 MPa to 31.94 MPa.The deformation of the structure firstly increases and then stabilizes as the thickness of the adhesive layer increases.
