改性水性聚氨酯胶粘剂在水利工程中的应用

摘　　要：一般水性聚氨酯胶粘剂存在不耐高温、耐水性差、力学强度低等缺点,极大地限制了其在水利工程中的应用性能。针对这一点,进行改性水性聚氨酯胶粘剂在水利工程中的应用。以聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯和1,4-丁二醇为基础,制备水性聚氨酯乳液并利用丙烯酸酯对其改性,在改性乳液中加入增稠剂和固化剂,制备改性水性聚氨酯胶粘剂并对其在水利工程中的应用性能进行测试。测试项目包括粘接性能、耐温性能、耐水性能。结果表明:改性后水性聚氨酯胶粘剂最大粘接强度为42.63 N·mm^(-1),大于改性前,说明改进后胶粘剂与水利工程混凝土的粘合更加牢固。当温度超过60℃时,改性后的耐温性能指数要高于改性前,说明改性胶粘剂即使在高温环境下,胶层也不易脱离水利工程混凝土。改性后的吸水率一直低于改性前,说明改性后的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂不易浸水,因此即使是修复水下水利工程也能达到修复质量。The general waterborne polyurethane adhesive has some shortcomings,such as bad temperature resistance,poor water resistance and mechanical strength,which greatly limit its application performance in water conservancy projects.In view of this,the application of modified water-borne polyurethane adhesive in water conservancy projects is carried out.Based on the poly(1,4-butanediol adipate) and 1,4-butanediol,the water-borne polyurethane emulsion is prepared and modified by acrylate,and a modified waterborne polyurethane adhesive is prepared by adding thickener and curing agent to the emulsion,and its application performance in water conservancy is tested.The test items include adhesion,temperature resis-tance and water resistance.The results show that the maximum bonding strength of modified waterborne polyurethane adhesive is 42.63 N·mm^(-1),which is higher than that before modification,indicating that the improved adhesive is more firmly bonded to hydraulic engineering concrete.When the temperature exceeds 60 ℃,the temperature resistance index after modification is greater than that before modification,which shows that the modi-fied adhesive is not easy to separate from hydraulic engineering concrete even in high temperature environment.The water absorption after modifica-tion is always lower than that before modification,which shows that the modified waterborne polyurethane adhesive is not easy to soak in water,so it can reach the repair quality even if it is used to repair underwater water conservancy projects.
