摘　　要：高压胶管在使用过程中,易出现疲劳损坏问题;同时受压后易在轴向伸长或缩短,使其不能满足胶管的使用。针对高压胶管出现的疲劳损坏和长度上的变化,在结构设计时使用有限元分析的方法,通过正交实验进行优化设计,研究了高压工况下四层钢丝缠绕角度对钢丝缠绕胶管的疲劳寿命和伸长率变化。结果表明,优化后的方案相对于原始设计方案,最大轴向位移减小了76%,应变能密度最大值减小了63%,较大幅度降低了胶管的轴向长度变化率,同时提升了疲劳耐久性能,达到了协调优化的目的。通过仿真分析结果对设计方案进行了快速的筛选和优化,为高压胶管的结构设计提供了新的思路,对提高胶管耐久性有一定的指导意义。In view of the problem that the high-pressure hose is prone to fatigue damage in the process of use;after being compressed at the same time,it is easy to elongate or shorten in the axial direction,making it unable to meet the use of rubber hoses.In response to the fatigue damage and changes in length of high-pressure rubber hoses,finite element analysis was used in structural design,and orthogonal experiments were conducted to optimize the design.The effect of four layers of steel wire winding angle on the fatigue life and length change of steel wire winding rubber hoses under high-pressure working conditions was studied.The results show that the maximum axial displacement of the optimized scheme is reduced by 76%compared with the original design scheme,and the maximum value of strain energy density is reduced by 63%,which significantly reduces the axial length change rate of the rubber hose,improves the fatigue durability,and achieves the goal of coordinated optimization.The results of simulation and analysis of the design of the rapid screening and optimization of the design scheme for the structural design of high-pressure hose provides a new idea to improve the durability of the hose has a certain guiding significance.
