摘  要:首先探究了不同天然橡胶/氢化丁腈橡胶(NR/HNBR)的质量比对并用橡胶性能的影响,然后在特定NR/HNBR的质量比下探究了白炭黑和不同种类的炭黑对NR/HNBR并用胶性能的影响。结果表明,NR/HNBR的质量比为70/30时样品的老化性能、压缩永久变形和耐油性能优于质量比为80/20的样品,添加白炭黑的混炼胶料的老化性能和物理力学性能均优于使用炭黑的样品,但压缩永久变形和耐油性能比后者差。In this paper,the influence of different NR/HNBR mass ratio on the properties of the blended rubber was investigated.The effects of silica and different kinds of carbon black on the properties of NR/HNBR blends were also investigated under the specific NR/HNBR mass ratio.The results show that,when the mass ratio of NR/HNBR is 70/30,the aging performance,compression set and oil resistance of the sample are better than those of the sample with the mass ratio of 80/20;the aging properties and physical and mechanical properties of the mixed rubber compound added with silica are better than those of the sample using carbon black,but the compression set and oil resistance are worse than the latter.
