摘  要:以单甲基丙烯酸锌(HZMMA)为原料,制备了新型氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)复合材料,通过透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了HZMMA随硫化时间的形貌演变和结构变化,发现反应型增强剂HZMMA的针状或带状晶体在硫化过程中迅速消失,生成的离子聚合物团簇分布在HNBR基体中。相比于喷雾炭黑(CB)复合HNBR,HZMMA增强的HNBR表现出显著的交联自增强作用,交联密度、拉伸强度和硬度均得到提高,同时保持了较高的断裂伸长率。此外,HZMMA增强的HNBR在超临界CO_(2)介质中也表现出良好的耐腐蚀性能。这些结果为制备高耐超临界CO_(2)腐蚀性能的HNBR复合材料提供了新途径。In this study,novel HNBR composites were prepared using HZMMA as raw material.The morphological evolution and structural changes of HZMMA with vulcanization time were investigated by TEM and XRD.It was found that the needle-like or band-like crystals of the reactive reinforcing agent,HZMMA,disappeared rapidly during vulcanization,and the generated ionic polymer clusters were distributed in the HNBR matrix.Compared with the CB composite HNBR,the HZMMA-reinforced HNBR exhibited significant cross-linking self-reinforcement.With improved cross-link density,tensile strength and hardness,the compasites maitained a high elongation at break.In addition,the HZMMA-reinforced HNBR also showed good corrosion resistance in supercritical CO_(2)media.These results provide a new way to prepare HNBR composites with high resistance to supercritical CO_(2)corrosion.
