摘　　要：随着已建成运营或正在(规划)建设的管廊数量不断增加,范围不断扩大,各地在处理管廊日常维护费时面临较大压力,如何合理测算日常维护费并划分管线单位分摊比例,成为亟待解决的重要问题。本文将以某城市综合管廊为例,根据2023年底两部委联合印发的《关于做好城市地下综合管廊收费有关工作的通知》精神,采用“按舱分摊”“平均分摊”模型测算管廊案例各类管线日常维护费的分摊比例,分析分摊模型的适用范围,为其他城市的管廊日常维护费分摊提供参考。With the increasing number of pipe corridors that have been built into operation or are under construction(planning)and the expanding scope,various localities are facing great pressure to deal with the daily maintenance time of pipe corridors.How to reasonably calculate the daily maintenance cost and divide the allocation ratio of pipeline units has become an important problem to be solved urgently.This article will take a city comprehensive pipe gallery,for example,according to the two ministries at the end of 2023 jointly issued on the urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery charge related notice spirit,using the"share"share"average share"model pipe case all kinds of pipeline daily maintenance ratio,analysis the scope of allocation model,provide reference for other cities pipe daily maintenance cost allocation.
