摘　　要：医疗工程重症监护病房(ICU)施工质量控制难度大,容易出现医疗工艺设计三级流程不合理、医疗设备安装不精确、医疗设备管理布置不合理等问题,为医疗工程ICU项目质量带来隐患。本文针对医疗工程ICU项目施工质量影响因素进行研究,采用文献研究法结合德尔菲法构建了医疗工程ICU项目施工质量影响因素指标评价体系,并采用问卷调查法结合模糊综合评价法研究所得到的指标对医疗工程ICU项目施工质量影响程度,发现ICU医疗病房设备配置、ICU病房的设备及环境、ICU病房医疗工艺设计对医疗工程ICU项目施工质量影响程度最大。本研究识别了医疗工程ICU项目施工质量影响因素,分析了这些因素对医疗工程ICU项目施工质量影响程度,为该类型项目参与主体有针对性制定施工质量目标及施工过程中的质量控制提供基础。It is difficult to control the construction quality of medical engineering intensive care unit(ICU),which is prone to problems such as unreasonable three-level process of medical process design,inaccurate installation of medical equipment,unreasonable management and layout of medical equipment,and these bring hidden dangers to the quality of medical engineering ICU project.This paper,therefore,studies the construction quality influencing factors of medical engineering ICU projects.The methods of literature research and Delphi are utilized to establish the index evaluation system of construction quality influencing factors of medical engineering ICU projects,and the methods of questionnaire survey and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are utilized to study the indicators influence degree on the construction quality of medical engineering ICU projects.It is found that the equipment configuration,equipment and environment of ICU ward,and medical technology design of ICU ward have the greatest influence on the construction quality of medical engineering ICU project.This study has identified the factors affecting the construction quality of medical engineering ICU projects,analyzed the degree of influence of these factors on the construction quality of medical engineering ICU projects,and it provides a basis for the participants of this type of projects to formulate construction quality objectives and quality control during the construction process.
