摘　　要：受环境、现场因素影响,市政道路工程经常会出现不可控因素,导致进度延误问题产生,使施工成本增加、效益难以保障。因此,开展工程施工进度管理具有重要意义。本文结合实际工程案例,建立施工进度风险评估体系,识别道路项目施工的进度风险,将BIM模型、工作任务分解法应用于进度计划控制,减少进度偏差问题的产生概率,规避潜在风险对施工进度产生的影响,保障道路项目施工效益。Affected by the environmental and on-site factors,uncontrollable factors often occur in municipal road projects,which lead to the problem of schedule delay,increase the construction costs and make it difficult to guarantee the benefits.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the construction schedule management.Combining the practical engineering cases,this paper establishes a construction schedule risk assessment system,identifies the schedule risks of road project construction,applies the BIM models and work task decomposition methods to schedule control,reduces the probability of schedule deviation problems,avoids the impact of potential risks on construction schedule,and ensures the construction efficiency of road projects.
