高层建筑裙房差异沉降加固方法研究

摘　　要：本研究针对九龙湖北岸高层建筑裙房差异沉降问题,通过实测数据分析和加固方案设计,对沉降现象进行了深入研究,并提出了相应的加固方案。通过对加固效果的评估和分析,得出了加固方案的可行性和实用性评价,为类似工程的加固设计提供了重要参考依据。This study focuses on the differential settlement problem of high-rise building podiums on the north bank of Jiulong Lake.Through the analysis of measured data and the design of reinforcement schemes,the settlement phenomenon was thoroughly studied,and corresponding reinforcement schemes were proposed.Through the evaluation and analysis of the reinforcement effect,the feasibility and practicality evaluation of the reinforcement scheme have been obtained,providing important reference basis for the reinforcement design of similar projects.
