摘 要:伴随着现代化社会的蓬勃发展,工业的绿色化、低碳化转型具有较强的必要性,但在工业生产过程中会排放大量的高温烟气,既影响到大气环境质量,也阻碍了工业事业的持续性发展,因此加强炉窑烟气余热的回收利用具有较为显著的积极作用,有利于充分发挥余热资源使用效率、增强工业生产活动环境效益、推动地区循环经济持续发展。低温余热发电技术,能够将工业企业排放的热能直接转化为电能,为工业企业实现节能减排提供技术支撑,在工业企业生产过程中具有优良的应用价值。本文通过分析回收炉窑烟气余热的节能新技术,对其技术原理、具体工艺及功能评价进行深入要求,提出了加强技术人员专业队伍建设、充分发挥信息化技术的作用、提高对节能技术的投入力度、完善余热发电系统监管制度等优化对策,能够更好地应用低温余热发电技术,促进炉窑烟气余热回收工作的高质量发展。With the vigorous development of the modern society,the green and low-carbon transformation of industry is highly necessary.However,a large amount of high-temperature flue gas is emitted during the industrial production,which not only affects the quality of the atmospheric environment but also hinders the sustainable development of the industrial undertakings.Therefore,strengthening the recovery and utilization of smoke and waste heat from the furnace and kiln has a significant positive effect,which is conducive to utilizing the waste heat resources fully,enhancing the environmental benefits of industrial production activities,and promoting the sustainable development of regional circular economy.By analyzing the new energy-saving technology for recovering smoke and waste heat from the furnace and kiln,this article provides in-depth requirements for the technical principles,specific processes,and functional evaluations.It proposes some optimization measures such as strengthening the professional team of technical personnel,leveraging the role of information technology fully,increasing the investment in energy-saving technology,and improving the supervision system of the waste heat power generation system,which can better apply the low-temperature waste heat power generation technology and promote the high-quality development of the recovery of smoke and waste heat from the furnace and kiln.The low temperature waste heat power generation technology can directly convert the thermal energy emitted by industrial enterprises into electrical energy,providing technical support for energy conservation and emission reduction in industrial enterprises,and has excellent application value in the production process of industrial enterprises.
