摘 要:采用适合工业应用的煤基柱状成型商品活性炭为改性对象,采用浸渍煅烧法对活性炭进行负载镁铈金属氧化物(Mg O、Ce O_(2))改性。采用XRD、SEM及N_(2)吸附脱附等对改性前后活性炭的物相、微观形貌、比表面积及孔结构特征等进行了表征,并测试了其脱硫性能。结果表明:浸渍煅烧法能实现在活性炭内表面均匀负载镁铈金属氧化物;镁铈金属氧化物的负载,降低了活性炭的比表面积及孔隙率,导致活性炭物理吸附性能降低,但显著提升了其化学吸附性能,其中采用质量分数6%Mg、质量分数4%Ce浸渍煅烧获得的双金属氧化物改性活性炭脱硫性能最佳,最大脱硫容量达63.9 mg·g^(-1),是改性前的51倍。The coal based columnar formed commercial activated carbon suitable for industrial application was used as the modified object,and the modified activated carbon was loaded with MgO and CeO_(2) by immersion calcination method.XRD,SEM and N_(2) adsorption and desorption were used to characterize the phase,micromorphology,specific surface area and pore structure of activated carbon before and after modification,and its desulfurization performance was tested.The experimental results showed that the impregnation calcination method used in this experiment could realize the uniform load of Mg-Ce metal oxide on the inner surface of activated carbon;the load of Mg-Ce metal oxide reduced the specific surface area and porosity of activated carbon,resulting in the decrease of the physical adsorption performance of activated carbon,but significantly improved its chemisorption performance.Among them,the bimetallic oxide modified activated carbon obtained by immersion calcination of mass fraction 6%Mg and mass fraction 4%Ce had the best desulfurization performance.The maximum desulfurization capacity was 63.9 mg·g^(-1),which was 51 times of that before modification.
