摘  要:粉煤灰(FA)产量大、来源广、价格低廉,且具有多孔结构,是良好的吸附原料。但粉煤灰自身吸附能力有限,为进一步提高粉煤灰的吸附能力,利用微波辅助技术对粉煤灰进行改性处理,并采用去除率和吸附量对粉煤灰去除Pb^(2+)的能力进行量化考核。考察了3种经不同方式处理后的粉煤灰对Pb^(2+)的吸附能力强弱,还考察了实验温度、吸附剂投加量、溶液初始质量浓度、pH和吸附时间对吸附剂去除Pb^(2+)的影响。结果表明:经微波改性后的粉煤灰对Pb^(2+)的吸附能力强于经蒸馏水或稀盐酸简单清洗后的粉煤灰;在温度为30℃、吸附剂投加量为6.0 g·L^(-1)、初始质量浓度为200 mg·L^(-1)、pH为4、吸附时间为120 min时,微波改性后的粉煤灰对Pb^(2+)的吸附效果最好,去除率达89.56%,吸附量为29.853 mg·g^(-1)。此外,对该微波改性粉煤灰去除Pb^(2+)的过程进行热力学探究,其吸附过程属于物理吸附。Fly ash(FA)is a good adsorption raw material due to its large yield,wide source,low price and porous structure.However,the adsorption capacity of fly ash is limited.In order to further improve the adsorption capacity of fly ash,microwave assisted technology was used to modify fly ash,and the removal rate and adsorption capacity of fly ash to remove Pb^(2+)was quantitatively assessed.The adsorption capacity of Pb^(2+)on fly ash treated by three different ways was investigated,and the effects of experimental temperature,dosage of absorbent,initial mass concentration of solution,pH and adsorption time on the removal of Pb^(2+)by absorbent were also investigated.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of Pb^(2+)on fly ash modified by microwave was stronger than that of fly ash cleaned by distilled water or dilute hydrochloric acid.When the temperature was 30℃,the dosage of absorbent was 6.0 g·L^(-1),the initial mass concentration was 200 mg·L^(-1),the pH was 4,and the adsorption time was 120 min,the adsorption effect of Pb^(2+)was the best,the removal rate was 89.56%,the adsorption capacity was 29.853 mg·g^(-1).In addition,the thermodynamics of the removal of Pb^(2+)by the microwave-modified fly ash was investigated.The adsorption process belongs to physical adsorption.
