摘 要:渤中油田深部断层发育,裂缝开口大,易发生速度极大的恶性漏失。针对常规堵漏技术手段堵漏效果不理想、承压能力较弱、出现反复性漏失的问题,在复合堵漏凝胶作用机理研究基础上,结合化学堵漏和物理堵漏的优点,形成了复合堵漏技术,有效解决了恶性漏失封堵难的问题。配套研制的纳米复合凝胶能够在240 min内保持良好的流变性能,黏度控制在35000~43000 mPa·s,240 min的沉降比例低于20%,7 mm的大裂缝封堵后承压能力可达8 MPa,封堵效果良好。The deep faults in Bozhong Oilfield developed,and the fracture openings are large,which belongs to the malignant loss with a very high loss rate.The plugging effect of the conventional plugging technology is not ideal,the pressure bearing capacity is weak,and the problem of repeated leakage occurs.Combining the advantages of chemical plugging and physical plugging,the combination of the two formed a composite plugging technology,which can effectively solve the problem of difficult plugging in malignant leakage formations.Experiments showed that the nanocomposite gel could maintain good rheological properties within 240 min,and the viscosity was controlled between 43000 mPa·s and 35000 mPa·s.The viscosity of the gel itself could also suspend the bridging plugging material very well,and the sedimentation ratio in 240 min was less than 20%.Compared with the single plugging technology,the composite plugging technology could achieve a good plugging effect for large cracks of 7 mm,and the pressure bearing capacity could reach 8 MPa.
