摘　　要：《4K超高清晰度机顶盒技术要求和测量方法》(GY/T 399—2024)于2024年3月29日由国家广播电视总局发布,同日正式实施。本文介绍了标准的主要内容,并分析了标准中部分技术要求的制定依据,以及与现有高清机顶盒相关标准中技术要求的异同点,可为4K超高清机顶盒的生产企业和检测机构正确理解该标准提供参考。“Technical requirements and measurement methods for 4K ultra high definition set-top boxes”(GY/T 399-2024)was released by the National Radio and Television Administration on March 29,2024,and officially implemented on the same day.This article introduces the main content of the standard and analyzes the basis for the formulation of some technical requirements in the standard,as well as the similarities and differences with the technical requirements in existing standards related to high definition set-top boxes.It can provide a reference for the production enterprises and testing institutions of 4K ultra high definition set-top boxes to correctly understand the standard.
