摘 要:随着各型舰船装备飞速发展,新技术逐步应用,任务系统越来越复杂,可靠性要求提升。当前舰船可靠性分析、设计手段与装备研制需求不相匹配,其应用实施与工程设计未能有效融合。本文以某巡逻艇为例,采用软件建立可靠性模型,开展可靠性预计及后续工作,将可靠性软件有效的融入舰船设计流程,提高分析因素关联性,避免数据不一致,有效提升装备可靠性,降低其工作实施和推广难度。With the rapid development of various types of boat equipment,the application of new technology,the mission system is becoming more and more complex,and the problem of reliability becomes more and more obvious.The means and methods of ship reliability analysis and design have not been generally formed,and there are some problems in application and engineering design.Taking a certain type of a patrol boat as an example,this paper uses software to establish the reliability model,carries out the reliability prediction and follow-up work,and integrates the reliability software effectively into the ship design process,it can enhance the relevancy of analysis process,avoid data inconsistency,improve the reliability of equipment effectively,and reduce the difficulty of implementing and popularizing the reliability of warship.
