摘  要:随着我国海洋石油开发不断向深水领域迈进,海上深水导管架平台在海洋工程中备受重视。深水导管架建造过程中的井口同心度尺寸精度控制是重中之重,若井口导向尺寸控制不好就会影响导管架海上采油树的安装,影响整个导管架的投产进度。因此深水导管架井口同心度精度控制从预制到总装需要优化尺寸控制方法,保障井口同心度满足项目公差要求。As China's offshore oil development continues to move towards the deep-water field,the offshore deep-water jacket platform has attracted much attention in marine engineering.The control of the wellhead concentricity and dimensional accuracy in the construction process of the deepwater jacket is the top priority,and if the wellhead guide size is not well controlled,it will affect the installation of the offshore subsea tree of the jacket and the production progress of the entire jacket.Therefore,the precision control of the concentricity of the wellhead of the deepwater jacket needs to be optimized from prefabrication to final assembly to ensure that the concentricity of the wellhead meets the tolerance requirements of the project.
