摘　　要：On June 26,reporters of China Shipbuilding News saw at the scene that the floating wind power platform with the largest single capacity"Mingyang Tiancheng"(OceanX)was undergoing the wind turbine assembly at CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding and will finish installation in the near future.It is also the world's first offshore wind power platform which installs two wind turbines on one floating foundation.The platform created the first"V"shaped tower structure with a total installed capacity of 16.6 megawatts.
