玉屏风颗粒联合西药治疗支气管哮喘疗效观察及对肺功能、血清炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察玉屏风颗粒联合西医对症治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效及对肺功能、血清炎症因子的影响。方法:将104例支气管哮喘患者以随机数字表法分为参照组与联合组各52例,参照组以西医对症治疗,联合组在西医对症治疗基础上给予玉屏风颗粒治疗。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、肺功能及血清炎症因子的变化。结果:联合组临床总有效率94.23%,高于参照组78.85%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组喘息、倦怠乏力、面色萎黄、脘腹胀满、自汗畏风、食少便溏等中医证候评分均降低(P<0.05),且联合组低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)及呼吸峰流速(PEF)均升高(P<0.05),且联合组高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平均降低(P<0.05),且联合组低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合西医对症治疗支气管哮喘疗效较好,可有效缓解临床症状,改善肺功能,减轻机体炎性反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Granules combined with western medicine on symptomatic treatment of bronchial asthma and its effect on lung function and serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 104 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the reference group and the combination group,with 52 cases each,using a random number table method.The reference group received symptomatic treatment with western medicine,and the combination group received treatment with Yupingfeng Granules on the basis of symptomatic treatment with western medicine.Compared the clinical effects of the two groups,and compared the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,lung function,and serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 94.23%in the combination group,which was higher than that of 78.85%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as wheezing,fatigue and lack of strength,yellowish complexion,bloating and fullness in the epigastric region,fear of wind due to sweating,and poor appetite and loose stools in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the combination group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),and peak respiratory flow rate(PEF)in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and the indexes in the combination group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),and eosinophils(EOS)were decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the levels in the combination group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yupingfeng Granules and western medicine has a remarkable therapeutic effect on patients with bronchial asthma,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve lung function,and alleviate inflammatory r
