摘 要:目的:探讨噻托溴铵吸入粉雾剂联合富马酸福莫特罗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的效果。方法:选取抚州市第一人民医院2023年2月—2024年1月收治的90例COPD患者,以抽签法分为对照组(45例)、治疗组(45例)。对照组予噻托溴铵吸入粉雾剂治疗,治疗组予噻托溴铵吸入粉雾剂联合富马酸福莫特罗治疗。对比两组治疗效果、炎症指标、肺功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均较对照组低,白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流量(PEF)、最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)及第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))水平均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率(11.11%)与对照组(6.67%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:噻托溴铵吸入粉雾剂联合富马酸福莫特罗治疗COPD效果较好,改善炎症反应与肺功能,且安全性好。Objective:To explore the effect of Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation combined with Formoterol Fumarate in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 90 patients with COPD admitted to the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected,and were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the treatment group(45 cases)by lottery method.The control group was treated with Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation,and the treatment group was treated with Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation combined with Formoterol Fumarate.The therapeutic effects,inflammation indexes,lung function indexes,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),maximal mid expiratory flow(MMEF),and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(11.11%)compared with the control group(6.67%),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation combined with Formoterol Fumarate is more effective in the treatment of COPD,improving inflammatory response and lung function,and has good safety.
