推拿联合加味黄芪赤风汤治疗神经根型颈椎病气虚血瘀证患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨推拿联合加味黄芪赤风汤治疗神经根型颈椎病气虚血瘀证患者的效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年5月九江市中医医院98例神经根型颈椎病气虚血瘀证患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各49例。对照组用常规治疗,观察组加用推拿联合加味黄芪赤风汤治疗。比较两组中医主证积分、颈部活动度、颈椎功能、颈部疼痛程度。结果:治疗后,观察组中医主证积分中颈项疼痛、头晕、神疲乏力、肢体麻木评分均低于对照组,颈部左、右侧旋转及侧屈的活动度均大于对照组,颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿联合加味黄芪赤风汤治疗神经根型颈椎病气虚血瘀证患者具有显著的效果,可有效改善患者的中医证候、颈部活动度和颈部疼痛程度,为临床治疗提供了一种有效的中医药物疗法。Objective:To explore the effect of massage combined with modified Huangqi Chifeng Decoction in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Method:A total of 98 patients with cervical radiculopathy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicne from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with massage combined with modified Huangqi Chifeng Decoction.The TCM main syndrome score,neck mobility,cervical spine function,and neck pain degree of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the scores of neck pain,dizziness,mental fatigue and limb numbness in the traditional Chinese medicine main syndrome score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the activities of left and right neck rotation and lateral flexion were greater than those in the control group,and the scores of neck dysfunction index(NDI)and Northwick Park neck pain questionnaire(NPQ)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with modified Huangqi Chifeng Decoction has significant curative effect in the treatment of patients with cervical radiculopathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,which can effectively improve the patients'TCM syndromes,neck mobility and neck pain,and provide an effective TCM drug therapy for clinical treatment.
